Welcome to The Breathing Project. I’m Brian, a breathwork coach and level two certified Wim Hof Method Instructor and I can help you realise your full potential by utilising your breath. Breathwork is fast becoming considered the most effective tool at combating stress, anxiety and even offering pain relief. Let me show you how.

My Story

I have been working as lecturer in arts education for the last 10 years. I spent much of this time trying to understand how to creatively connect with others. Working at a University I was confronted with an increasing number of young people who felt desperate, confused, anxious and with few places to turn. This led me to into the exploring mental health and eventually to the world of Breathwork and Cold Exposure discovering that we do not need to live in a continual state of suffering, that it is not OK to wake up every day in emotional and that we can take control of our physical and mental wellbeing.
